How do I register a domain at Web Vaults?

Search your name → click Add to Cart → review WHOIS details → choose privacy (if available) → complete payment. The domain appears under Client Area → Domains.

How do I transfer my domain to Web Vaults?

At your current registrar: unlock the domain and get the EPP/Auth code. Here: go to Client Area → Domains → Transfer, enter the domain + code, and submit. Most transfers finish in 5–7 days.

How do I point my domain to my website (nameservers)?

Go to Client Area → Domains → Manage Nameservers. Enter your host’s nameservers (e.g., ns1.example.com, ns2.example.com) and save. Propagation typically takes 1–24 hours.

How do I add DNS records (A, CNAME, MX, TXT)?

Use DNS Management in your domain’s settings. Add an A record for your server IP, CNAME for subdomains, MX for email, and TXT for SPF/verification. Save changes and allow propagation.

How do I set up professional email for my domain?

Choose an email provider (Web Vaults hosting, cPanel, or third-party like Google Workspace). Create mailboxes and set MX (and SPF/DKIM) records per the provider’s guide.

How do I connect my domain to WordPress?

If you host with us, install WordPress in cPanel (Softaculous). Point the domain to your hosting nameservers; or add an A record to your server IP. Clear caches after the change.

How do I enable WHOIS privacy?

Open your domain in Client Area → Domains. If privacy is supported for that TLD, toggle WHOIS Privacy/ID Protection. Changes apply within minutes.

How do I renew my domain or turn on auto-renew?

Go to Client Area → Domains, select your domain, enable Auto-Renew, or click Renew to extend now. Keep payment info current to avoid expiry.

How do I forward my domain to another URL?

Use Domain Forwarding in DNS or your domain manager. Set the destination (e.g., https://example.com) and choose a 301 (permanent) redirect for SEO.

How do I verify my domain for Google Workspace or Search Console?

For sites on our hosting, use cPanel’s AutoSSL (Let’s Encrypt). For external servers, purchase an SSL here and follow the CSR/installation prompts.

Look for aftermarket listings (Sedo, Afternic) or set a backorder. You can also contact the current owner via WHOIS/email and make an offer.
