Quick answers to the most common hosting questions.
Start with shared hosting for small sites, upgrade as traffic grows. Compare disk, bandwidth, email limits, and support. See plans.
Order a plan → open a ticket for free migration → we copy files, databases, email, and test → you switch nameservers or update the A record.
In your registrar, set nameservers to ours (shown in your welcome email) or add an A record pointing to your server IP from cPanel.
Log in to cPanel → Softaculous → WordPress → Install. Choose domain, admin user, and click Install. Your site is ready in ~1 minute.
cPanel → SSL/TLS Status (AutoSSL). Make sure the domain is pointed to us, then run AutoSSL. Force HTTPS via your app or .htaccess.
cPanel → Email Accounts → Create. Use IMAP settings in your mail app or Webmail for browser access.
cPanel → Zone Editor. Add/edit records as needed (e.g., A for site IP, MX for email, TXT for SPF/verification).
Enable caching, compress images (WebP), minimize CSS/JS, and use a CDN. Ask support for performance review if needed.
cPanel → Backup. Download full or partial backups. We also run server backups, but keep your own copies before big changes.
cPanel → Resource Usage. For uptime, use external monitors (e.g., UptimeRobot) for alerts and reporting.
In the Client Area, open your hosting service and choose Upgrade/Downgrade. Prorated billing applies automatically.
cPanel → Domains → Create domain/subdomain. Upload content to the new document root created for it.
cPanel → FTP Accounts. Create a user, connect with your client (FileZilla) via SFTP if available for security.
Keep apps/plugins updated, use strong passwords/2FA, enable firewall/WAF if available, and consider daily malware scans.
Check .htaccess rules, file permissions, and error logs in cPanel. For mixed content, update URLs to HTTPS or use a plugin.
