1. General Refund Policy
- Refunds are available only for specific services and within the eligible refund period (see details below).
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds do not apply to accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms and Conditions.
2. Web Hosting Refunds
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our shared hosting, VPS hosting, or reseller hosting, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
- No refunds will be issued after 30 days.
- No refunds for monthly billing plans. Refunds apply only to annual or longer-term plans.
- Dedicated servers and managed hosting services are non-refundable after provisioning.
3. Domain Registration & Renewal Refunds
- Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable due to ICANN regulations.
- If a domain registration fails due to a technical issue, a full refund will be issued.
- Domain refunds may be available within 24 hours of registration, but only if the domain is eligible for cancellation.
4. SSL Certificates & Add-ons
- Refunds on SSL Certificates are available within 7 days of purchase if the certificate has not been issued.
- Any additional paid services, including premium support, security add-ons, or third-party software licenses, are non-refundable.
5. Cancellation & Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted via email at support@webvaults.com or through the customer dashboard.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds if the service has been used extensively or violates our policies.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Customers who initiate chargebacks without contacting our support team first may have their accounts permanently suspended.
- Any fees associated with chargebacks will be the customer's responsibility.
